EPADYM S.A. is a Special Purpose Vehicle established for the implementation of the project “Design, Financing, Construction, Maintenance and Operation of the Infrastructure of the Integrated Solid Waste Management System of the Region of Western Macedonia” and consists of equal 50% share of the companies HELECTOR S.A. and AKTOR CONCESSIONS S.A., both ELLAKTOR Group members.
